I don't think it's foolish. Some things are meant to be. Some people are meant to be together.

No. Being alone isn't necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes it's easier to do the shit that needs to be done when you're alone, without someone standing over your shoulder judging you.

That is why I cannot be angry or the like that he and I had to part. Nothing... I could never have made amends for that.

And our names will always be coupled together. Fate has arranged that. He wishes to stop my rising power, and he is the only one that can. It will be epic, when we settle our score, something for the history books.

It is easier. That much, I can say for certain. One can do what must be done without fuss from someone else.
