I think you would have to pack on a lot more than just a few pounds to look more overweight than a pregnant woman.
Maybe the girl in question was someone he's in love with or something.

In some of my mothers dresses, a few pounds is all it takes to look like that.
You would think so, but he was talking about MIlFs and seemed to be the cheating and disgusting type.

She expects me to. You can't be Eleanor Waldorf's daughter without occasionally wearing her clothes.
