No, it's not. Love is about knowing someone, knowing their faults, then being willing to do anything and everything for them.
Not seeing a chick at a party, thinking she's hot, marrying her after two days, then running away, coming back, finding her "dead," and killing yourself.
That's lust, hormones, and stupidity. Love is different.
Yeah, but love requires knowing a person. Wanting them even though you know they've got a temper or have problems trusting you or don't know how to say what they feel. You can't love someone unless you know them, good and bad.
And why should I be nice? You're trying to compare yourself to a pair of stupid kids but you can't even be bothered to, you know, find out about this guy you supposedly love. You're just as stupid as them, yeah, but in a totally different way.
Sometimes love isn't about that, sometimes it's just about a moment when two people connect, and if you think differently it's not a reason to be rude.
While you insist on behaving like an uneducated five year old, I assure you that while I talk to you out of pure good manners, I don't take anything you say to heart.

If anything, that puts you in the perfect position to know all their faults long before you ever find out their virtues.

My boyfriend and I? Our families fight like cats and dogs. As in-- gunshots go off.
But I knew just about everything about him before we even met. Because I talked to people. I didn't talk to him, but people I knew? Knew people.
There's such a thing as "second hand information." Then you evaluate the source, decide how credible it is.
It's not just "Oh, I don't talk to him, so I'll just wander around totally clueless, tee-hee."

And it's no reason for me not to be rude. The world isn't all happy bunnies, you know. Some people are going to think you're a moron. And say so.
