I'm sorry to hear about your mom. Mine died a few years back. Anneurysm. It's funny, (not the dead mom part) we kinda have the dead ex thing in common. Except, my exes are usually dead already when we meet. (Long story. Actually, vampires. So, short story.) You know, you shouldn't swear us off as a whole. Some of us are actually pretty good at defending ourselves...

You never got to meet her? God, that is so sad. Something tells me you need to keep the women in your life away from matches. And anything that isn't flame retardant. And, uh, yeah. Vampires. I seem to have this affinity for dating them. I keep trying to find a normal guy. Or at least one that's alive, but so far, no dice.

I had my big brother to step in. Dean. He's the...only person I have left in my life that cares whether I live or die. Basically. And I'd say that might be a solution. But it's far more complicated then that. I wish it was as simple as that. Funny...I have this affinity to attracting creatures that aren't that very "good". Not that I've dated anyone. I haven't since my girlfirend died.

*gives a small smile* That sounds kinda nice to have a destiny like that. I must have the world's worst "destiny". But like hell I'm listening to it. I have better things to do with my life.

I have my friends. A couple of them who have been there with me through literal Hell and high water. Which is a good thing. 'Cause I never could've saved the world by myself. Plus, I kinda died twice. So, you know, they had to carry on. So you know what I think, boy whose name I don't even know who thinks every girl he goes out with is going to die? I think you and I should meet up, have a drink, or a dinner, or a 'think'. We won't call it a date, 'cause who knows what kind of ju-ju that will invoke. But maybe we can break our bad luck and affinities. You with your thing for bad creatures and girls who end up dead. And me with my thing for things that are already undead. Plus, as a total bonus factor, you already know that if I die? My friends are just gonna bring me back. Trust me. It's been done twice. And if it doesn't break the spell, then hey, we tried.

*gives a small, somewhat half-hearted smile back* You know what'd be nicer? To have no destiny at all. To just be a normal girl, with a normal life, whose destiny is to be normal.

Dude, I am not! I have a girlfriend. A very HOT one at that. One who would be very PISSED to know that this nutcase who quite possibly escaped from the local psycho hospital was trying to set me up with people's mom's. So, just...I dunno, ignore her. Okay? She's nuts.
