You can't, but the song serves to remind you about regret, and that's a problem to begin with. A kick song should be one with no relevance to your life that won't get stuck in your head, but Arthur hardly ever listens to my advice.

One of the many words that describes Arthur perfectly. It's hardly a surprise that he chose that song in context.
