[Gingerly walking to the grocery store.]

Jack saw the news reports, he had to just fill it in as a local artist being artsy. "He keeps me on my toes, he's a good Doctor." He smiled then he raises an eyebrow at that.

He takes another bite from his apple. He waits to swallow. "I'm not stealing food, but if you see him again I might be interested."

ooc: I knew that bit from the thread, heh Jack wouldn't connect those two. If he needs verse guess we can make fun for'em TWNY wise.

[She smiles a bit cheekily.]

Yeah, well it's partly his fault I got into the mess... He's the one to stumble on the head in the first place.

Hannibal? I'll let him know.

Jack finishes off the apple, so much for paying for it as he deposits the remains into a trash can. "Okay, so it's his fault he found that head."

He nods his head again. "So, what were you here to buy?" He asks her, and he thinks to that Cyberman. "And, if he didn't stumble onto that head? I think it would of happened either way, that means we wouldn't of known what shot you."

[She shrugs.]

I guess that's true.

[She pauses.]

Milk I was here for milk. You'd think the TARDIS would pick a better time to run out...

[Oh yes, no one escapes her tongue when she doesn't feel good.]

Jack looks at Donna, he figures his one doctor is back in New Jersey but he leads her down to the dairy section. He's easily distracted by the ice cream, Ianto's the one who normally handles this job. "I'm surprised she even runs out of these things."

He looks back at Donna with a smirk. "I think she's just being cheeky with the two of you."

[Donna just sighs.]

Yeah, well I wish the Doctor would do something about it rather than just whining that we're out. I probably shouldn't even be out this soon....

To his credit, he didn't whine to me... just everyone else.

[She goes to lift a jug of milk and stops doing more than wincing in pain.]

Definitely not ready for that...

Jack just stares at her for a moment. "Mine? He just helps himself to what's in the HUB. His blond friend isn't much better, but at least if we feed him.." He cuts himself short about he'll eat people if they don't.

"I'll get that then," Jack grabs the jug for Donna, and he looks at her. "Anything else madame?" He says, in a mock Victorian accent. He's a little shocked. "He sent you out this soon? Okay, at least he was whining to other people."

Like I said... The TARDIS chose a bad week to run out.

[She rolls her eyes.]

He didn't send me out, no... but you know how he is: won't be long until he is pestering me. Sooner I do this, sooner I can take a nap.

[She looks at him and the jug.]
