If it were an instance in which I would have to be touched, no. But, if I knew you, and you touched me suddenly, I wouldn't mind. It's the strangers that get to me.

Well friends and lovers are different, close people who touch you is generally okay. Random strangers coming up to you is a little off putting. Unless you're in one of those discos and everyone is drinking, wearing too little clothing and looking to get laid.

Trust me, I've met some people, face to face who were completely loony. Violently loony. Generally people like that don't give you the chance to describe them to someone else.
