He is out of his mind.

Hey. Oh, I just...I'm dealing with a weird investigation. Messed up. Kind of a serial killer by proxy. He's selling bad roofies to make money. And guys are putting them in girls' drinks even though girls keep dying. I uh...I keep trying to put myself in the guy's head, figure out why, but...there is no logical why.

It isn't just about money, maybe? Or maybe not logical at all. Could be he just likes knowing he's the hand of God that is killing people even if he doesn't have the gun in his hand. So to speak.

I just wish I could find the guy. Then there would be an end to it. Meanwhile...if you have girlfriends who like to club in New York City, tell them to watch their drinks, ok?

I'll take to those I know. I knew a lot of people back in New York before the freezer and all.

You couldn't, I don't know, get one of these guys scared enough to reveal their source if they thought it would keep them out of prison or something?

I...intimidated...some guys into giving me one name, but that only led to another one. I am working my way up the line. I got a sample of the drug but had to send it to the cops because I can't analyze it.

I really hope you catch up with them. Not that I'm doing a lot of clubbing these days but just... Sounds so lame but if you're going to hurt someone, have the balls to do it face to face or something.

I gotta. I can't...I just can't stand by. It's a thing. Girls getting hurt. Probably something from my past, some Batman complex, but...I don't question it.

I'm not going to be one to fault you for it. I completely understand the need for white knights in the world, even if I didn't really get one per se.

It's because you didn't get one, and I didn't get one, and one of my girlfriends didn't get one, that's...all part of why I'm doing this. That and I have...strengths...most people don't. I don't think I had believed in them before, definitely not after meeting Gideon, and then learning everything he did while I was frozen.
