Love is blind. Love is, well, love. I can hardly throw stones in a glass house; my mother was my father's half-sister. In these modern times, it's an unconventional love, but as long as it's working for you, then who am I to judge?

[smiles a bit, liking that someone accepts them] It might seem silly but... thank you for saying that. It means so much more than you know. [blushes a little at how sentimental he's getting]

[Joseph grins, nodding a bit. He can tell that Nick is happy, and he's glad he's the cause of that] It's not silly at all, and you're welcome.

[blushes a little harder at Joseph's grin] I'm not usually... open like this. I think it's because you look just like Joe that I'm telling you so much

[smiles shyly] It's difficult having to hide our love from the world. I just love him so much I almost can't stand it sometimes. As cheesy as it sounds, he's my other half. He's everything to me... my brother, my best friend, my bandmate and my husband (in my heart at least since it's illegal). Nothing in this world makes me nearly as happy as just thinking about him and I can't share how amazing it all is with anyone.

Unfortunately, the world is far more repressed than it used to be and unable to accept that love manifests itself in many forms. I'm very sorry that you have to keep your feelings for him hidden, but at least he knows, yes?

Yes, he knows [smiles at the thought of his brother] I make sure to tell him all the time. If we're the only people that can know the truth, then I'm making sure we know every scrap of truth there is

I think that's an excellent philosophy to have. [smiles slightly] Otherwise you're left with regrets, and what fun is that?

No fun at all. Regrets just aren't worth it.

I agree. They tend to eat away at you, little bit by bit.

Oh yes. I've been alive long enough to have many regrets, unfortunately.

Classic regrets.... I'm sorry. Hopefully they were long enough ago that they're not so painful. As much as my situation sucks, at least I have Joe so I can count my blessings everyday for that.
