The Doctor smiles at Tosh, he goes to dig into his pocket for something. "Now, Doctor. Wait that's me. Tosh right?" He pulls out a tiny trinket from his pocket.
It's about the size of a strawberry, it's a silverish metal with a few colorful beads on it. "I got this at a market on a planet in the Gemini system."
The Doctor's hand is still held out. "You can have it. Oh, it's just a trinket. It's just tiny and sparkly."
"Yeah, the Gemini System. I went there a couple of days ago to visit the silk market there. I picked this up there," The Doctor says, as if this is completely normal to tell someone.
"Nope, it won't do anything like that. You can hang it on your Christmas tree, it might make your room look rather pretty with those beads. They interact with light as a prism would," The Doctor gleams, he likes giving trinkets to his friends. He knows that one won't change the time line or anything harmful to Tosh.
He looks at the tiny trinket. "Well I can find something in the TARDIS that'll will change you into something."
