Everything plugged in and powered up? Try bringing it up in safemode.

The IRS? [He's a little confused but supposes that money matters are important.]

Safemode...right... [Starts to hit all of the function keys, not quite sure which does what...just that one of the fuction keys should bring up safemode.]
