Thinking that absolutely everyone here is so very passionate about their jobs is just unrealistic. At least half of the people here now are only here because they've had the job so long and don't think they could do anything else. Others are just here collecting a paycheque. Sure, there are some people who come here everyday with genuine smiles on their faces, because they really love their jobs, and they really strive to be all they can be, but the number of people who do that is a lot smaller than you'd think. I haven't known any of these people as long as you have, but being on staff with them gains me a different perspective on what's going on with them. You're the boss's daughter. Of course they're going to make it seem like they're doing their absolutely best around you.
