There's nothing wrong with my name. I'm quite proud of it.

[The old French manor is, incidentally, an oddity, containing everything from an extensive collection of medieval, renaissance, and modern European artefacts in the living area as well as the Pendergasts' inherited objects – like Comstock Pendergast's old magic-show equipment in the catacombs. Oh yes, and family catacombs.]

I've yet to deface the currency or reside in a barrel. But I'd be proud to be a Diogenes for the modern age.
