Rose nods, a bit curious as to how a cat could talk, she wasn't surprised by it much though, given that she travels all over time and space in what looks like a phone booth, saving alien races. But her curiosity often gets the best of her. "So umm, how exactly are you able to talk?" She looks at him oddly, "Are you some sort evolved feline species then?"
