Does anyone actually honor contracts anymore?

It's nice to see that there are still those to know the value of an agreement. So many, it seems, are too willing to claim foul on a perfectly legal contract when they decide they no longer like the terms that were set out.

Contracts don't make people friends. It would simply be appreciated if people would follow through their end of the bargain. So many of them get what they ask for, and then try to get out before their half is due.
