[There's a vaguely familiar vroop vroop sound, straight out of some vaguely popular in the US television show. The TARDIS, which for once actually looks like a police box and not the ice cream shop it generally way lately appears just behind the pair. The doors open quickly and a rather daft man in pinstripes and green trainers stumbles out.]

Oh. This isn't Catatonia, planet of the endless sleepers, is it?
