[Leans back and tilts his head up toward the voice, automatically.]

[She snorts a bit and takes her hand away from his eyes with a smile while leaning over him.]

For once, yes.

[He returns the smile and leans the rest of the way back in his chair.]

It's about time.

Good thing I'm wearing a scrub top, cause with the way your leaning back you'd have a hell of a boob shot.

[Yep, she was in a lot better mood. Perhaps their bit of a talk the other day helped.]

[He snorted and then laughed.]

If I was less tired I might even appreciate it. You sound better.

I'll make sure to flash ya when your more awake then. [She smiles before moving to sit on the arm of the chair a bit.] I'm doing better, a bit anyways.

Is the sleep responsible for the better, or the better responsible for the sleep?

Sleep it extremely responsible for the better. Speaking of which, looks like you could use some serious sleep.

I'll be okay. I'm just waiting on lab-work to come back. After I've got that I should be able to leave orders and get a few hours decent sleep.

[She remains propped on the arm of the chair. Giving a small nod.] I never did thank you for talking with me the other day.

You don't need to thank me for listening to you. Seriously, it wasn't a big deal.

It was to me. I'm not really the whole talking about your feelings type, so believe me 'thank you' is in order.

[She smiles and leans over kissing his cheek before hopping up and heading out of the room.]

[He blinks at the kiss to the cheek, but he gets paged quickly enough after that, that he forgets all about it as he heads off to ICU at a jog.]

[And it seems the second she steps out of the room and heads back to the nurses station that whole 'look at me I'm doing amazing' act gets dropped and she sighs softly while going to grab a couple charts.]
