Love is loyal and true, it's the people who are not.

Sweetheart, I know for a fact I'm not in lust or obsessed. I know for a fact he isn't either. Love is just stupid when it gets more complicated than "This is my Flock, my Family and I love them."

Not so. I've lived and loved love for thousands of years, it's only as complicated as you mortals make it.

I am a little biased on that front as I married love. To me it is everything.

May I ask why you are biased to those things? It's always interesting to find out what others believe.

Merely because it's my function to corrupt mortals. Well, more than corrupt, I should say. To inspire vice and sin in the poor sordid souls who walk the earth, to nourish where the seeds of it have already been sewn and to see that it prospers and flourishes where it's taken root. And love happens to be an excellent tool, if used properly.

And now you are talking my role in life. Souls that is. And as someone who know's them well it is people like you and those sins who taint them so well. Love is not as good a tool as lust. But then making someone love another who is not interested. Lives could be lost in this modern world if Envy and Anger were placed with the person in love.

Of course it is. Although that does give me some affirmation about how I've been doing at my job, so thank you.

Love and lust are often hard to differentiate. There are differences, I know, but there are times when the line blurs quite a bit.

And Envy and Anger in love are just as good as Pride and Greed and all the rest. Any sin goes well hand in hand with it - that's what I rather like about love. Never indulge in it myself, you understand, but I appreciate the emotion in humans.
