Especially with what's been done. Even through it all there's still a lot that can be done.

But will human nature itself rise above and grow, or will we just end up right back where we were a century or two from now?

Will it even matter though? Did those that come before us even think this far ahead for our sake? Did they even think about the future they were creating?

In a century or two from now it won't even matter to us. We'll be gone.

Adam won't be though, and I'm sure he'll do whatever he can to maintain what he worked so hard to achieve.

But don't we owe it to those that come after to be wiser than those that came before us? Given this disaster, don't we have some sort of duty?

I wish I had your faith in the man, but I find it difficult to trust in this vision he has for the world, when I fear Nathan may be right and he was the one who doomed us.

Aren't we already trying to fulfill that duty though? We're rebuilding, making something new out of this. Restarting in a sense. We could have on a whole just taken that sign and hidden away. Secluded ourselves from each other.

He gave me the truth, gave me life. I owe him at least the chance for me to see how he wants to move on from the disaster. It shouldn't matter anymore what brought us to this point Mohinder, but where we go from here.

If we always look back on who to blame? We'll never see what's in front of us.
