::Harry's jaw visibly clenched at the mention of his son's name. He did his best to isolate his family life from the magic community. He was after all a man with enemies. He immediately assumed that he'd spoken to Damien, as the only other real possibility was that Severus could have told him about his son. That scenario seemed far less likely::
Damien is my son and I am on good terms with Severus.
What business could you possibly have speaking to my son?
He was...upset about handling the sword you've mentioned. I just wanted to see what it was all about. That does sound like a rather intriguing piece of hardware.
You swing, it cuts, there isn't much more to it. It's enchanted so it can cut through things an average sword can't. It protects similarly to most anti-magic charms.
Can you remember anything more specific? I'm trying to figure out exactly what it did to him ...
I'm not sure. I didn't ask him what he was feeling after he touched the damned thing.
He looked incredibly sad, Dad nurturing instincts took over and I tried to cheer him up. I'm not going to ask him now because I don't want to make it any worse.
If I was going to guess, I think he got some psychic residue from the sword. The last job was particularly tough ... I wouldn't be surprised if it was emotionally charged when he picked it up.
As I said, I don't know what his symptoms are. Hard to diagnose without them.
*watching him, and decides for once he won't be a bastard...much* He said he felt...despair, angry. And that they struck him in the chest. You should guard such trinkets more carefully.
::His look turns quite bitter:: I came home covered in blood that particular night and I wasn't thinking entirely clear. Leaving the sword out, even for a few moments was a mistake, but on the other hand ... It wasn't as if Damien didn't know better.

Till recently, it was the work associated with the sword. I caught my son fooling with it however. He's been acting unusual since.
Incidently, have you gotten back into the bedroom yet? ::slight smirk::

What does it do?

It's more or less an enchanted sword that offers the wielder protection against certain types of magic.
What did he share with you?
