It's an excellent question Arthur. When Nymphadora was little her father bought one for bath time. I asked him 'why' but all Ted did was smile and say that somethings had to be experienced to be understood.

It's like...a companion, kind of. For when kids take baths? It's so much fun to make them swim among all the bubbles. I've seen boats, but the ducks are the most popular ones, I think. 'cause they look so friendly, maybe?
