[Gabriel had been on the other side of town, finding some way of amusing himself when he sensed, more than heard Fran's distress. He made a point of landing in the back room before strolling out into the shop, a box of popcorn in hand.]

[This mage has seen many things, but never a rampaging unicorn. He enters the shop, hoping not to angry the animal more. He makes eye contact, and his hands begin to glow with a pale blue light as speaks in a calming tone of voice.] Easy fella, no one's going to hurt you.
