What exactly is a Death Eater, Monsieur?

A Death Eater is a very mean person Sir. They hurt people and they think they're better than anybody else because they're 'pureblood'.

Being a 'good' Death Eater means kidnapping people and hurting them and burning down houses and being a horrible person.

*bows* Why thank you, Mademoiselle. *looks to Lockhart* Hmmm, he does seem to fit the description. Positively psychotic.

Oh! You talk pretty! Are you French? My Aunt Fleur comes from France. Did you go to Beauxbatons?

You should be very careful around Death Eaters. Some of them are stupid but they're all tricky and mean.

Beauxbatons is a school there. My cousin Victorie says Paris is the most beautiful place in all the world. I haven't seen the whole world yet but I bet it's at least in the top five!

Victorie is really really pretty and smart and nice. She's Head Girl at school. I'm trying to get her to teach me how to make my hair flippy like hers.

*nods* I don't see good in everyone. Some people are very bad. But I think some people just need the chance to be good and someone to be nice to them.

I can only do emotional magic. *apologetic* but you should have something pretty. My friend calls me 'Little Bird' and if you have this then maybe you'll remember someone wants to be your friend.

*eyes widen but doesn't take it* It's - it's very beautiful. That's an ... astounding ability.

But - *headshake* - I cannot accept this. I haven't called anyone 'friend' for the longest time, much less someone who doesn't know me. *takes a step back*

You should have it. It's okay. You don't have to be somebody's friend for them to be yours. I think you're nice so I'll be your friend.
