Knew what? *With the amount of secrets circulating around this camp there was no telling what he knew.*

[It was a damn shame that Rick didn't have a drink in his hands. A strong one would have done wonders right about then.]

'bout some things. Nothin' you gotta worry about.

*Well, it was good that it wasn't anything she'd done but now her interest was piqued.*

Alright. I won't ask any questions but you look upset. Anything I can help you with?

[They all had their secrets. Rick knew that and understood it even if he didn't like it much. Everyone had a different life now with the world having gone to shit.]

Do you like it here? [Looking up from where he'd been staring at his hands the former Deputy frowned a little.] The farm I mean.

*She looked at him and shrugged.* You want to stay, don't you?

Want and can are two different things.

[And if Hershel got it his way... well there wasn't going to be much of a choice was there? Sighing all Rick could do was scrub fingers back through his hair.]

Don't get to attached okay? I got a feeling we may be overstaying our welcome.

To be completely honest, I've been itchy to keep moving for the last few days but Sophia, you know? I mean Hershel and they others seem like nice enough people but ever since Otis it just hasn't felt right. I think I was half expecting this.

Besides, this is going to sound crazy but it's too open here. I feel exposed. I liked the base idea better.

[Today had turned out to be...good. Surprisingly good, so it was hard to keep from smiling. However it faded when she saw the look on Rick's face.] Knew what Rick?

[Maybe it was good for her, but it was spiraling out of control for him. At least that was how he felt about it. When Andrea spoke to him he hadn't even realized she'd walked by. That was how much deep in thought he was.]

I... Lori's pregnant.

[Okay, she was not expecting that. And from the looks of it he didn't seem to thrilled.] What? I mean--are you sure?

[Slowly Rick stood from where he had been sitting just staring out towards that beautiful open field they had as their backdrop. All he could do was nod his head a little and brush his hands on his pants.]

Found the morning after packs in the tent so I'm pretty damn sure she's not tellin' any lies. [And that hurt more than the second half of what he had found out. The lies and deceptions were getting to thick around them. Soon none of them would be able to breath.] She said she threw them up though- decided she wanted to keep the baby.

[Her high is starting to fade, trading place with sympathy for Shane and Lori too.] I'm sorry. [Andrea said to him genuinely.] You don't sound like you're too keen on that idea. [She could be wrong, but she wasn't sure she was.]

She's known for a while. Hell, Glenn knew before I did.

[It unnerved him knowing she was willing to keep that a secret from him when he had to know. He didn't care if it was Shane's or if it was his. The baby was hope, a chance to be, well not exactly normal but... All Rick could do was let his shoulders sag a little.]

I can't say I don't disagree with her reasonin' for not wanting to have a baby just as much as I can see the reasons why to have a child. There's just a lot to process is all.

Glenn knew? [That surprised Andrea even more. Why would Lori tell him and not Rick?]

I know it's none of my business, but are you sure her having a baby right now is a good idea? [She immediately regrets even saying it, and it shows on her face.]

No... no it's okay. You got a right t' be askin' that much like everyone else does. [Believe him- he and Lori had a fight about the same reasoning too.]

Perhaps it's not fair to the child to be born in a world like this. Just as much as it ain't fair to anyone else here in this camp considering the risk it would be putting everyone in. [Frowning, Rick scrubbed a hand across the back of his neck.] But we have to keep going and keep that sort of hope alive. It can't end with us.

Still doesn't make it my place. Sorry.

[Nodding, Andrea frowned at him.] You okay?

Do I have much of a choice?

[Okay so maybe that was a little to cynical and the way that he winced a little showed he was apologetic for it.]

Did you and Shane find anything?

[Wincing, Andrea knew he was right. Then things got slightly awkward because when she thought about before, she almost, almost, forgot about the whole walker incident.] It was a dead end. We ran into a lot of walkers though.

I'm starting to get worried Rick... [Andrea made sure Carol wasn't around.] What if a walker got her?

[Walkers. Inwardly Rick winced at that too- if they had followed the car and kept going they would find the farm then things would get interesting. Raising a hand the former Deputy didn't hide scratching at the back of his neck.

Then Andrea asked the question that had been eating on him since day one.]

Then we do what we have to do. But I can't... I know she's all right, Andrea. Daryl thinks she's okay too even if Shane just wants to- [Stopping himself he scrubbed that same hand over his mouth fighting back the soured taste. Yeah. That was going to be there for a while.] We'll find her.

*getting some sweat off his brow with a hand towel, he approaches Rick. It's been a long unsuccesful day, at least on the search for Sophia front.*

What is it, man?

[Just because he might not have fought with Lori over this didn't mean that he wasn't pissed off at Shane. That was just basic instinct for any husband when it came to his wife. Eying Shane carefully he had to fight back harsh words that threatened to come up.]

Did you guys find anything?

*He noticed that look right away, made him hesitate on his steps a bit as he judged the situation. Was Rick still pissed over the Sophia thing? Rick knew how he felt about it and yet he was being a good player and doing his part.*

*frowning a bit, he stepped closer, apparently focused on very slowly drying himself* Nothin' but a neighborhood infected with Walkers. No chance the girl survived in that place.
