How do you keep the cheese from sticking to the pan?

Oh, that's easy! You just put some butter in there first, but not too much butter or you'll get sorta fat and squishy and stuff.

Yzma taught me that, she's all about...uh. Eating as little as possible. So you got your little bit of butter, then you add your cheese! [Big smile.] Keep stirring, keep it heated up. If it does get hard you can add a little more butter or some wine if you're feeling adventurous, but...uh. Too much drinking's bad for you too. [Kronk was watching you, Janie. No one was turning alcoholic or fat on Kronk's watch!]

[He can't be telling her to eat as little as possible, and to not drink too much. Food and alcohol are good things to Janie.]
