No judgment here. Unless you suddenly decide to do a song and dance routine on the table, I really couldn't care less what happens. I once ate an entire cheesecake on a whim; I've lost all right to critique other people's choices.

I mean we should be the healthiest people on the planet because our whole lives are dedicated to wellness and because of the strain of our jobs we're always eating out of vending machines, mainlining coffee, and rarely sleeping.

I'm a psychologist. A certain amount of quirky behavior is expected, but I find it ironic that I lecture people on their habits before going out for my fifth espresso of the day.
