Needless to say, marrying into the kingdom was quite an occasion.

It lasted for days and there was a moment when I could not find the groom. I'd been jostled by people I hadn't met before, danced with -- everyone. Oh, it was grand, but I am more accustomed to quieter occasions.

Do you miss your home? Or do you visit it often?

I do miss it often, but they have made sure I have transitioned well, here.

That's nice. It must have been a little scary, to marry and move away and settle somewhere different. That's one experience I'll never know, my lady, but observing it is interesting.
