Not my business, at all, but I feel like I should interject that science can very, very easily determine whether or not you've had a child. The tests wouldn't even take a week to process.
There could be a lot of explanations. Too much painkiller administered during the birth, some trauma right before or after that made you block it out, and of course the obvious explanation that you're being lied to. Regardless, the first step would be going to a hospital and being examined to see whether or not you did, in fact, have a child.
