I think they're a bit of a mixed bag of nuts. Irish, Scottish, English...European in general, really.

D'you mean British in general? European includes the whole of Europe. And this guy? Looked kinda pale. I'm gonna go with Scottish.

Because they drink nothing but tea? And milk.

As long as it's not alcoholic, they'll be as varied as they like. They get kicked outta Mountiekingdom if they touch a drop of the hard stuff though.

Think it depends. On who it is. I've only ever been around one tipsy Mountie and that was kinda...y'know. Weird. I don't even want to think about what a drunk Fraser would be like.
