She'd almost been ready to leave, wondering if maybe he'd changed his mind, or if the as-yet unmet Sarah had 'forbidden' him. But seeing him coming towards her had a smile lighting her face. "Liam. Hi."
"No apologies needed. I'm just glad you came," she said, still smiling as she gave him a quick once-over. Yep, still looked as good today as he had yesterday. Not fair, Liam.
Well he was a god in another monthlife. Looking good was in the DNA. Though with the dyed dirty blond hair and facial hair he looked a lot more like Thor then Loki would ever normally allow. "I would not miss it for the world." He spoke as the smile crossed his face again, a hand held to her. "Shall we then?"
The outstretched hand was a pleasant surprise, and she took his gently. God or not, she could still hurt him, which was so far from what she intended, it was laughable. "We shall. Any direction in mind, or are we winging it?"
"Winging it sounds fantastic actually." and when the hand was in his own Liam moved to walk beside her. "Might I ask of the rest of your night?" He asked looking around at the things near as they walked.
The pace was slow, but she was fine with that, enjoying the feel of her hand in his, and the calm weather of the day. "You can, but I'm afraid there's not much to tell. I went home, had dinner, then watched a movie until bed. How about yours?"
"Twas intiresting to say the least, I do not in bib alcohol yet Sarah found me passed out on the floor of flat." Which was mean of Skuld, the Asgardians love their booze but likely a good idea to keep Loki from drinking. "With the headache I had we think I started upon something. Either way the rest of the night was dull, though I finally finished the most interesting book I had been reading as well." The mother of monsters, loved to read monster books. Holding the hand in his he walked beside her, how cute they must look beside one another.
That had her looking over at him in concern. "You passed out? God, are you okay?" She stopped, moving to stand in front of him and give him a more thorough perusal.
"Liam, you should really see a specialist about this. The brain is a fragile thing, and you could be at risk for an aneurysm or something." Her hands lifted to run over his head gently, feeling for any bumps or cuts.
"Yes I am quite fine, it might have been from a lack of sleep or anything I am not so worried about it, should it happen more then once then yes I may see a doctor. As it stands, I care for them not." The persona of Liam distrusted a lot of people, but doctors was because of TV. He had found love for that silly mortal image box as Liam and watching all the wrong shows to make the adorable one paranoid of certain types.
Looking at her with a smile as she looked him over. "I will be fine, this body of mine is still going fine after the damage to received to make me this way, I trust it to fix my mind too. Should it happen again I promise to ask Sarah to take me to a physician, would this please you?" None were there, it had been a light fall onto the plushed carpet of the livingroom. He was perfectly fine.
Carol wasn't much for tv, preferring a book to pass the time. Still frowning, she finished her impromptu examination before dropping her hands. "If it happens again, I'll take you there myself." So far, she wasn't impressed with this Sarah, someone who seemed to be far too intent with keeping him locked up then in making sure he was healthy.
Liam enjoyed such strange shows but he mostly only bothered with it when sleep would not come. Loki had not cared much for sleep unless he had much to do in the day, so he would stay up lost in tomes of texts working on his magics, this dislike for sleep had not vanished through Liam. It had stayed subconsciously. Only sleeping enough to keep himself from being tired.
"Alright, I promise you this." He spoke with a smile looking at her. "Shall we go along our way or would you like to fret some more?" he asked in almost a teasing tone, the less serious he took it the better he felt about it.
Somewhat mollified, she gave him a tap on the nose for his cheek. "It would serve you right if I did want to fret some more." But she tipped her head to the side and stepped out of the way, moving to fall back into step beside him.
Grinning a little at the tap he made like he would bite her finger until she was back at his side once more, the walk continuing. "I see not the point of fretting, yes my mind is jumbled and yes I passed out. But I am also an insomniac, I believe that is the word it could very well have been from lack of sleep. I have read things like this in medical books I find. I read quite a bit." being in the house a lot he finds ways to bid his time, least before he started sneaking out and then meeting her. His fingers lacking back into hers.
That small, impish action, had her smiling. The way he laced his fingers back with hers had her grinning wider, though she tried to temper it when she looked back over at him. "All the more reason for you to be more careful. What if you'd hit your head when you'd fallen? Medical books aren't going to help you if you're injured." She chided him softly, continuing their slow stroll.
Agh, you kill me. sws hates me and won't let me post properly
