This isn't even the oddest regeneration.
Well, some of the others have had an... interesting fashion sense. The Sixth one, especially, he was... well.

The coat alone had about ten different colors in patches. Seriously, you don't want to know what that thing looked like.
Sounds like the Coat of Many Colors. *chuckles* But I'm sure there were reasons for the patches at least... right? I mean... not like he just put them on there without reason... right...?
So he put patches on it just because he liked it? Even if it wasn't torn or anything?
Oh, you misunderstand; he didn't put patches on it, the coat was made of patches. Like a patchwork quilt, just more... fashion-challenged.
