[Okay, so it wasn't her house, but since Buffy had gone out with Spike to work recon Faith figured she was safe to claim the house as hers. For now anyway.]
I'm tired of 'em eating all the good stuff. Next time B stocks up on food, I call dibs on the cookies.
[Speaking of, how come he didn't get to go out and do recon with Spike? He hadn't done anything evil in... a really long time. At least 2 weeks.]
Oh, they didn't eat the oreos. I have a stash. [oops...] And if you promise not to tell anyone I'll share. Cause, um, you're way cooler than Buffy. Definitely my favorite of the "Already a Slayer" group.
Sorry, I've been plugging away at this complicated prediction. Wesley's on translation, I'm figuring out when all the hellfire is supposed to come raining down. Not like we haven't had our fair share of that already.
I always imagined a sorority house would be horrible. All those girls, close proximity, sharing bathrooms... awful. Why are you living like that? I thought the whole point of you breaking out of jail was to not be penned in with a bunch of other women.
Well it was, but then I figured B and the super-friends could use a hand, so now I'm back in close quarters, eating scraps and sharin' a house full of teen virgins. [More commonly known as Faith's nightmare. If she didn't have a point to prove, showing that she'd truly changed for the best then Faith would have gladly stayed with Angel and his friends in Los Angeles. Fred could be a little in your face, but she was nice enough and although she had a rocky past with Wesley she'd grown to respect her ex-Watcher, and Gunn was pretty cool and she also had a bit of a soft spot for Lorne after finding out that he'd taken care of her during her mind-walk around Angel's brain. As for Connor and Cordelia, Faith felt a shaky about them, but she would have made do.
[Because Spike's not ready to accept that Andrew is totally his boyfriend yet. :P]
Really? [Faith's not overly fond of sharing. She never had been, but since Andrew was making an effort with her instead of treating her like some psycho slayer time bomb then she'd make an effort with him too. And he also totally gets points for saying that she's way cooler than Buffy. Because she totally is!] Damn right. We can hide out in the room B let me borrow? [That way they won't have to put up with the wanna-slay brigade considering they had a tendency to avoid Faith unless they really needed something.]
That sounds horrible. I hope they at least let you out for fighting vampires and demons and such. I know you powerful types like that. [She pushes her glasses up her nose and smiles. Faith is somewhat of a mystery to Fred. No one really wants to talk about their time with her, she just knows it's murky. Still, she did help save Angel, and that's more than enough to put her in Fred's good book for now.]
So how's things with the Fang Gang? [Faith missed Los Angeles a lot more than she let on. In the city she'd experienced some of her darkest moments, but she'd also then gone on to find redemption and pay for her crimes, which she would still be doing right now if she hadn't broke out of prison to help save Angel.]
So far so good. I mean, I can never truly atone for the horrors I've committed. But I've been not evil for like, a whole month now, and I'm not tied to a chair anymore. How's your mission of redemption? [Really should have his camera handy, this would make great documentary stuff.]
Uh, good I guess? I figure I racked up a few extra karma points by returning to Sunnyhell. [And once again she realizes that by helping out others, her life may come to an end and she's perfectly okay with that. Faith doesn't have a death wish, but she now knows that doing the right thing can sometimes mean giving your life to the cause and if that isn't a part of learning about redemption, what is?]
totally estimating the timeline, sorry if I'm off!
Great! Well, if great means one of your friends is being controlled by some crazy evil who got pregnant by you other friend's son who just came back from a hell dimension where time passed much quicker than here on Earth so even though he wasn't born more than a year ago, he's 18 and pretty much psycho crazy, then... uh, great. It's sort of been a crazy year.
- i'm flexible with faith's canon point so don't worry!
And now you're a General standing before Hell with an army of potentials. On a battlefield chosen by evil, the Chosen Ones arrive to send it back down where it came from. [He grins, pleased with this version of the story. Good stuff.]
Do you think Spike and Buffy are still doing it?
I've never watched the two series together, so idk XD
[Faith practically snorts at the idea. What is it with Buffy and vamps?] I don't know. She seems kinda uptight and if they were still screwin' I imagine she'd be a little more...lose.
In Home (ATS) after that episode it's Chosen (BTVS) so, it's confusing.
I think they should just do it and stop getting their sexual tension all over the house. It's annoying for the rest of us. We don't all have Xanders to our Anyas that we can turn to for semi-meaningful sex. [Andrew knows everything. Somehow, someway, he is watching you all, because deep down, he is a bit of a creeper.]
We had a lot of those types back in Texas. They generally didn't like it when I would use the chemical makeup of the earth to prove that the big bang did actually happen and disprove the intelligent design "theory". [giggles].
Yeah, I'd rather not be woken up at night listening to Bad Boy gettin' Blondie off. [She raising her eyebrow a little. Andrew' definitely sporting the creeper vibe.]
Have you ever even had sex? [Because if says "No" the that will definitely explain the weird sex issues he seems to be sporting.]
