Have a small huff, because Corbeau's pretty sure her purple haired companion doesn't have her problem. "Just glad that it's just getting into the the government building. They usually have more of a fuss if it's a plane." She slips off her jacket showing off the metal arm that starts at the shoulder.
"If you're in a hurry might wanna go ahead of me."
"Whoah, nice color." She smiled a little and glanced back at the security. "Though I will insist you get back ma'am." Her eyes fell on something off about the uniform.
Last she checked high school security didn't carry Saturday night specials.
The glow caught her attention. "So seems someone in here has the attention of the FBI and some color of powers." She kept her voice down. "Gunna hope you're one of the good guys."
She glanced at the woman, still heading towards the security check point. Her eyes flicking from each security guard as she accessed their thoughts.
"I was hoping the same about you." She watched as one of the security guards shifted his hand to his side arm, his thoughts rather unpleasant and she let her fists glow brighter. A blade of kinetic energy forming in each hand.
The security guards were all starting to change now. Each of them spreading out and reaching for whatever weapons they were concealing.
"Well, I'm sure you can take care of yourself..but just a heads up. The three on the far left, they are either going to attempt to corner you or get you from behind. That's the best strategy they have. Obviously these are just thugs rather than humans who can actually think."
Betsy nodded and glanced around, before seeing exactly what she was looking for. She made a dash for it, reaching the fire alarm as a bullet whistled past her. She flipped the switch, and as it sounded, people ran out of the building.
She directed them the best she could, trying to deflect any stray bullets that went their way with her katanas.
When she headed for the fire alarm Corbeau darted forward using her flesh arm to grab the nearest of the guards turning to throw him into the next, shoving a little with her metal one.
"Normally I'd play more by the rules, bu' you guys look like ya wanted ta have a little fun."
Betsy got the remaining few people out of the building and locked the front doors. She then started back towards the other girl, to make sure she didn't need any help.
She watched as she threw one of the security guards right into the next.
"It is really sad that they don't bother sending anyone who's a challenge any more."
"From someone with abilities I'll take that as a compliment." She used her metal arm to block the bullets one of the others. "This just went above my pay grade." Not that she was going to complain it was always fun to test her limits. She just had to remember not to get too damaged, her techs would kill her.
"Naw, we should have this wrapped up before my partner gets here. He'll have a spare pack for me. And not like the batteries power vitals." She turned doing the head count. "And we missed one." She got up to head down the hall to try to find the missing thug.

"I'm good to wait, I'm in no hurry." She removed her glasses, glancing at her with her purple eyes and then at the security.

"Good observation...but I can handle myself." She kept her hands by her side, but her clenched fists were glowing purple faintly.

"I definitely meant it as a compliment. You're handling them like they were rag dolls." She smiled.

"Three left, and half power. Knew I should have brought the bigger battery."

"Anything I can do for you? Get you somewhere or to someone who can fix it?" She glanced around at the unconscious men on the ground.
