Easy solution, pay someone to pack for you.

Not exactly a luxury I can afford, with as often as I travel. And I'm not sure I'd want some stranger touching the undergarments I have to wear even if it were.

Business or pleasure? I have a bag packed at all times just for business. Grab it and go.

Mostly business. I can do that with some things, but I still have to take out the dirty clothes and repack with clean ones between trips.

Seems like most people travel for that reason. Shame.

Gotta make the money before you can spend it.

How come I hate packing? Too many things to worry about, I'm always afraid I'll forget something.

You should make a list, it is far more efficient.

I do, but sometimes I forget to put everything on it.

[Adults were very amusing sometimes to the small vampire.] Well, perhaps you can make a reminder for your list, miss. My iPhone will tell me if I forget something important.

[Pffft, adults. Stay a kid as long as you can, Ara.] May I could. Long as I don't forget what I'm supposed to be reminding myself to remember, huh?

That is true too, perhaps someone to help you out would be better. They can remember for you so you can remind yourself. [Being a child was often frustrating for her, she was not really treated like one.]

Yes, please. [After a moment of thought she stuck her small digits out, after all shy was not in her vocabulary.] I would be happy to help you pack.

My name is Aranka, miss but everyone calls me Ara. What is your name?

Great. [Aryn smiled and reached out to shake the tiny hand.] Ara -- that's a pretty name. I'm Aryn. Nice to meet you.

[A good shake on her part as she finally smiled as well. The woman was quite nice, she had begun to enjoy meeting new people now.] Thank you, miss Aryn. I like your name too. You seem nice, I like that.

How long do you intend to be gone?

[Another smile.] You can just call me Aryn, if you want, instead of 'Miss'. And thank you, I kind of like it myself.

How long? Oh, just a couple of days. I work on an airplane, so I have to go where it takes me.

Miss was more appropriate at first but I do like Aryn better. What does your name mean? [Curious bug was curious and would ask a ton of questions.]

That sounds very exciting, to be able to fly all of the time. [Now, to help her as she had asked. It was an important matter.] If it is only a couple of days, you will need your undergarments, toothbrush, toothpaste, clothes for work and sleep.. shoes too! [The tiny vampire began ticking a list off for her.]

What does it mean? Hmmm. [She's thoughtful for a moment.] You know, I'm not really sure... I've never bothered to look it up.

[Her enthusiasm earns her a soft laugh as she starts rattling off her list.] Undergarments, clothes, shoes, toothbrush, toothpaste... check. And it can be exciting, yes. I take care of the people on the plane. Serve them drinks and snacks, make sure they're comfortable and see that everyone follows the rules so no one gets hurt during the flight. Have you ever been on an airplane?

You haven't? A name is important though, so is the meaning. [She smiles, it was hard not too because of the woman. She was neat.]

Good, do you have your cellular phone and a proper charge cord? Those are important too, so are books if you have to sit and wait with the others for long. You are one of the adults I have seen before then. Yes, I have. Flying is very fun and the clouds are interesting up close. I fly with my family or Father when he travels sometimes.

[She smiles back gently.] I've never really thought it mattered that much what it meant. In the end, I think our names are what we make of them.

[She double checks her bag and nods.] Yep, I have my phone. And I'm not leaving the country, so I don't need any special adapters for it. You're smart to think of that, though, most kids don't. You must have been traveling out of the country a lot.

I was just curious because Gavin said the names we have are important matters. How come you think that?

[A small, satisfied smile, after all she took what she did seriously and it was nice to see more smiles.] I watch Father pack and he shows me what goes where, when he has time. I have been several times though, I saw my teacher's home. It was very cold.

Do you take medication? That is important to remember too.
