[This smart person doesn't. Well, Mrs. Hudson, maybe Molly, maybe John and maybe Lestrade - but they're not 'people.' They're family-ish.]

Yzma doesn't want hugs either. And Emperor Kuzco. [Their 'no touchy' thing inspired Kronk's question! He usually didn't think much about stuff, but he wondered about smarter people and hugs, now. Yeah. Just... using his little brain for some thinking.]

I dunno how you can't like hugs! What don't you like about hugs, buddy? Sir. [This was more of a sir, even though they where about the same age.]

Because hugs are more often than not a use to express sentiment. People's emotions change faster than the weather. In simplest terms: the physical touching of people is rarely necessary.

[...those where simple terms? Kronk was going to smile at him, though. Yeaaah, he totally understood all of that!] But hugs are comfy. And they're hugs!

Do smart people like cake? [Curious headtilt.]
