[He spends only another minute or two trying to figure out just how old he is at this point before he shakes his head and sort of drops it. He can't ask too many questions. Questions have answers and since he shouldn't even be here in the first place he can't give too many of those answers. He watches the other fascinated with those curious yet tired eyes.]

Because you keep finding people who are so full of it. All that hope. They use it to move mountains! It's amazing and wonderful. It's people you have to find it in. The universe is great and all that. It's fantastic. But the individuals. That's where all the hope stays hidden waiting to be exposed to that big great world out there.
