Tony had to do something that wasn't filled with board meetings with his shareholders. What he did in order to hide from this, it was to open up a garage.

"What do you think, I'm doing in here?" Tony pulls up the garage's JARVIS system, and he brings up the list of custom cars they were to build. "This is my version of Pimp My Ride, and I don't have to deal with our shareholders."

He's dressed in a suit and tie, and he goes to get himself changed. "I should start charging double for the cars, I'm responsible for building."
