Nah. New York. Father moved to American about a hundred and fifty years ago.

I know mother can't because of how father bound her, but he specifically raised her.

How would I even go about getting there? Do I have to take a train or can I just like... pop over?

The easiest way, I think, would be for someone living to take a piece of where you haunt normally, like a bit of stone or wood and you would ride in that to the new destination.
