How would that work?

Very, very poorly. The typical end is a binge and at least one person dismembered.

I wonder if such a thing would even be possible, an anorexic vampire seems to be an absurd idea. That's if something like vampires exist.

Assuming vampires exist - why should it be any more absurd than an anorexic human?

Obsessed with having a sense of control or ridiculous morals, far more frequently.

Self-denial will always be ridiculous.

Yes. More so when it's so self-defeating.

There's only so much denial possible, before the breaking point is reached.

And then things get very messy.

I'm a creature that's driven by hunger, a hunger for power.

And what happens when you can no longer repress that hunger?

Things get very, very, messy and someone ends up missing half of their head.

What do you intend to do about it?

I'll feed when I can't control it, I can't exactly change who and what I am.

Why are you waiting until you can't control it to feed?

It's a matter of having some form of self control over it.

My situation is a bit more complicated. But if I can find away to keep myself from snapping, I'll take it.

I'm not offering suggestions, only pointing out that you can not learn control if your options are total deprivation or glut.

I wasn't speaking metaphorically. I am a vampire. I feed regularly. It saves trouble in the long run. [That isn't a no.]

Why would I not be?

There are people that hunt monsters like us.

I am harder to kill than the average monster, and know precisely who is capable of doing so.

I'm not exactly easy to kill or capture myself. I still would prefer to maintain my freedom, and most of my escapes end up with a bloodbath.

I'm even harder to contain.
