Yep. Figure the best person to be my Valentine would be my husband. We're going to take a road trip for the weekend. [Sam grinned.] He's a wolf. I tried to find a black one like me, but....not so popular apparently.
Well you said people marry because they love each other so that makes sense, I think. [Sort of.] It's nice to do things for people you care about and that sounds like fun! Its better then studying but I am going to practice on my bike so I can ride it by the time you came back.
[She was all smiles.] I like him anyway, I can color him black with one of my markers so he'll look like you. I wish they were more popular.
[Ara holds the box up for him, still tied.] He can have some too.
[Tugging her bag off she started digging in it after putting her new friend in.] I told you I would! Good soldiers have to keep their promises.
[Another minute of rummaging and pushing the stuff aside before she pulled the long hat out with floppy paws.] I found a wolf hat! It even has ears and you can put your hands in the paws to keep them warm like mittens.
[He kind of is a big kid!] Sweet pea! This is the coolest thing ever! [Sam puts his hat on and scoops Ara up in his arms to spin her around.] I don't know, I think maybe you should be my Valentine. What do you say?
[And this was one of the reasons he was one of her friends, plus we was cool!] Thank you, I'm glad you like it!
[Ara wasn't ready for the sudden departure from the ground but it was fun and made her laugh even louder when he spun her around. She wrapped her small arms around his neck to give him a hug before nodding her head quickly.]
