I'm sorry, you did what now?
midnightmayor: (the blue electric angels)

Well hello there.

Not entirely sure, actually. Depends whether we know you.
technosorcerer: (we be blue electric angels)

I'm sorry. Q is kind of a fanboy/worshiper of the blue electric angels, I can't resist.

Technically it wasn't me. I found it, I didn't do it.
midnightmayor: (the apprentice of robert james bakker)

I play a bunch of Swiftverse muses, I couldn't resist tagging you.

[Probably. He'll shove as much of it off on Kelly as he can.] Right. If we don't know you, then nothing catastrophic. If we do... Probably something catastrophic.

[The face is wrong. But he does seem familiar.]
technosorcerer: (we rumble underground wind)

I have more, if you want them. Including an Alderman James Bond.

Considering how the thing's grown since I found it, I doubt it would have gone much longer without becoming a problem.
midnightmayor: (the midnight mayor)

Ditto. There's a brand-new Penny Ngwenya around, too.

[personal profile] midnightmayor 2013-02-17 11:54 pm (UTC)(link)
[She's very good at that.

His eyes narrow.]

I take it we do know you. Don't suppose this is all metaphysical? Another spirit walk or similar?
technosorcerer: (we be heaven burning)

One of my friends from LJ suggested it and I ran with it. I'm using them in a big bang entry. :D

[personal profile] technosorcerer 2013-02-17 11:59 pm (UTC)(link)
I did, before it completely left cyberspace. I can track it now, but not much else.
midnightmayor: (the apprentice of robert james bakker)

I know a couple people on LJ who know the fandom, but no one who regularly plays from it.

[Sulking would not be productive. There's a way to fix this. Probably. There usually is, anyway.]

At a guess? It would have something to do with falling through the cracks in the midst of a great many magicians throwing magic around like spitballs.
technosorcerer: (the fire in the wire)

Want me to toss him at you? I need to voicetest him still.

[personal profile] technosorcerer 2013-02-18 12:25 am (UTC)(link)
Slowing it down might be possible, if I tap into its software. [Part of Q can't quite believe it comes down to his brand of sorcery, which he's generally assumed was relatively useless next to the Midnight Mayor's power. Regardless, he's on his tablet hooked up to the city's CCTV network already, starting a spell to track the creature.]
midnightmayor: (i am also and incidentally)

I haven't, no. It's next after I reread Minority Council.

When they manage to potentially shatter multiple universes while trying to stop a relatively minor threat, you have to wonder at their priorities.
technosorcerer: (we be heaven burning)

Bond will try not to harass his boss, but we all know how good he is at that.

[personal profile] technosorcerer 2013-02-18 12:46 am (UTC)(link)
I have a few theories, but it would take time and I would have to get in its mainframe to tell for sure.

[CCTV cameras and the knowledge of the creature's nature give him the location of the thing.] Found it. I'll see if I can slow it down at all.
midnightmayor: (the apprentice of robert james bakker)

I adore her writing, I really do.

[personal profile] midnightmayor 2013-02-18 12:48 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, clearly. Regardless of the fact that it's now our job to fix their screw-up. Again.
alderman: (think)

And here he is.

[personal profile] alderman 2013-02-18 12:51 am (UTC)(link)
You need me to repeat it, really?
technosorcerer: (we be skyline tumbling down)

I'd apologize, but I'd be lying. :D

Hypothetically? Given that it was born in cyberspace, I would suggest some kind of virus, if possible.
