Not that I know of, and I can't get into the dog park myself anyway. But none of the hooded figures seem to be unhappy, as far as anyone can tell without looking at them, so that's okay.

Very nice. Not too bright, a cool breeze, and the strange demonic wisps have stopped trying to fly into people's mouths and noses to hijack their bodies in favor of going to get hot dogs.
