[ At the sound of the rustling, Carl lifted his head up to see if he could hear the familiar grunts and groans of the walkers. It was even more important that it wasn't one of The Governor's men trying to make another run at the prison.

Of course, it could be something simpler and far more comforting, the wind or a small animal. And, unfortunately, Carl didn't want to take any chances as he stepped back and held up the rock to throw at any potential threat. ]
