[Sebastian's rage is not a thing that Blonsky has seen all that often. He's normally a very controlled man. But the target attempted to assassinate Tessa- the personal assistant who was also, in what was a fairly open secret amongst the Hellfire cognoscenti, Sebastian's lover.
At the very least, she was utterly invaluable to him. And what's more, Donald Pierce was supposed to be a friend. He'd rebuilt the man after his accident, with the most powerful Shaw industries technology.
And he'd rewarded that trust, that investment with treachery and conspiracy. Sebastian was not a happy man. Not at all.]
She was shaken, but they didn't have time to touch her otherwise. [Not physically anyway, but they'd certainly threatened her well-enough. The sheer violence of the rescue likely hadn't helped either. Blonsky's crew went in, got her out, and did whatever it took to accomplish it.]
I'd advise against bringing him here, sir. [Blonsky is wary of extreme anger, more so now since his own makes him incredibly volatile. He's also concerned that trouble or confrontation here and now, directly involving his employer, could end very badly. He doesn't care that his advice wasn't asked, he doesn't want to deal again with anyone spiraling into chaos like Ross did.]
[Blonsky has been an efficient and effective operative for awhile now. He's also managed to bring back perhaps the only person Sebastian cares about. He's accumulated quite a bit of credit. A man with less might have been harangued or even struck for contradicting him.
Sebastian does neither, he simply looks at Blonsky, eyebrow raised.]
[Blonsky's been chewed out enough times, he generally takes it all calmly, and lets it roll off his back. When Sebastian demands an explanation, Blonsky takes a calming breath and prepares to receive back what he says next.]
Candidly, sir, you're emotionally compromised. Second to that, if you insist, I'd recommend holding this somewhere less attributable to your own activities. Last, I'm not transporting him anywhere. He's secured where he is, I don't want to hand him the chance to escape.
[Sebastian looks tense for a moment, but he exhales. Hopefully Emil truly believes this was a worthwhile expenditure of the credit he's gained.]
Emotionally compromised. [He repeats back at Blonsky.] Not an accusation that you should be flinging about to your employer.
But damn it all- you're right. [He takes a breath.] You can guarantee to me that Pierce is secure where he is? I intend to see that man soon. And tear those implants I gave him out of his living body.
That, I will insist upon. But no, not here, and ... not tonight. Let him anticipate my wrath a little longer.
[If it avoids the kind of mess Ross made of what should have been a basic grab-and-bag operation, it's well worth it. His tense shoulders release slightly when Sebastian doesn't explode at him.]
It's not something I say lightly. [He shifts in place a bit, nodding as Sebastian makes his demands known.]
I'll see to whatever preparations you want to make that possible. Until then, he won't move.
Julian murmured, rubbing his metal finger in his ear before he pushed off the wall. There's a confident sort of strut that Julian does, dressed in his well pressed suit as he strides across the room and grabs the bloody bound man off his chair. Julian holds him by the back and shoves him forward walking the poor gentleman toward Shaw. The man is whimpering as Julian shoves him back down in to the chair before Shaw and the brunet boy crossed his arms.

When you recovered Tessa, was she harmed?

"So what'd this guy do?"
