Oh yes, I suppose so... That there are two different types of each persuasion form I mean to say.
I didn't mean that I could necessarily convince people of anything... Although... Well... somehow a good number of people, particularly in my own church are under the mistaken impression that I am a good person...! I can only suppose that is a type of conviction, as well-- though I've no idea what category it falls under, really....!
[[hey, btw, ta v v much for inspiring another 6ws, once i tweak it down to 6 words....! lol~]]
If your ideas are strong and convincing, then strength. If your approach is gentle, charming or endearing, then charm, sí? Showing that you are reliable, not vulnerable, people respect that. Or they are persuaded because they like you, because you are able to show them your best assets without having to have an opponent.
((Np! Stories do like to hover around five or seven, unfortunately...))
Indeed... And yet... I cannot place my "charms" under -- any of the above categories... [and he heaves a heavy sigh] But -- perhaps i am just too close to the situation to evaluate it properly...!
[He chuckles.] Sí, charm is useful for things like that. People are more considerate or generous when they like you. But it is liking people that makes sure that I do not use people. That can cause a lot of trouble.
There might be another way that suits you. I have just always found strength or charm to work, one way or another. Or perhaps they are both thing you should think about, look into.
[Yeah, she gets around. Always seems to manage to find her favorites, though. Hence the almost-smile on her face.]
So, violence or persuasion? An interesting choice, with interesting ramifications. Many of the Warriors I've known don't consider the second choice an option at all.
