I found it funny. We didn't.

"Oh yes? And... who is 'we', if not 'you' inclusive, at that...?" Colour Matthew Selwyn, here, a little bit confused; perhaps even more than a mere 'little bit'!

Hello Selwyn, my old friend
I've come to talk with you again
Because a vision softly creeping
Left its seeds while I was sleeping

"Yeah." I smiled just a bit, before the second question registered to us. "That's a bit complicated, and we get tired of explaining it. We are me and I am us."

"Oh yes, I completely understand, naturellement!" And so saying, Matthew holds up his hands in a defensive position, even as he attempts to flick his wand out of its scabbard, tied up against his arm. "Obviously "you" and "we" are two very different people, after all!" It was merely placating words, but there again: that was all he had between himself and this powerful, dangerous-looking sorcerer, before he could withdraw his wand...!

At the obvious defensive position the guy get's into we can't help but feel a surge of annoyance. We turn our strange blue eyes to this stranger, and I huff out an annoyed breath.

"No, you don't. And stop reaching up your sleeve for your magic whatever, Wizard, you are making us twitchy. I've had enough of people trying to kill us recently!"

We can feel blue anger creeping up but I push it down.

"Oh no, I-I was not intending t-to kill you, I assure you, Monsieur de Yeux-Bleus!" Matthew Selwyn manages to stammer out; even if he was being perfectly honest, he was still greatly unnerved by the demeanour of this blazing-blue-eyed gentleman... "I was merely hoping to-- to defend myself against any black-- erm, that is to say, blue magic...!"

((also, i do appreciate your ignoring of the Troll who's trying to ruin my good name here...! :( i mean, honestly, i'm hardly even daring to tag anyone over at BakerStreet anymore, without PMing them to make sure they are not someone who's told me to leave them be, and also actually want to tag with me! :( i mean, srsly: i do NOT mean to be all PREDATORY on ANYONE... and besides which, this weirdo troll has their information wrong; i am NOT under the username "anothergreymorning" myself, although i DO think i know who it IS, given which character it is...! :( poor girl, she does NOT deserve this harassment EITHER...! ((ooc; Honestly, I don't give a shit either way. Their actions are far more disruptive so far than yours, and so annoyed me more. And if you do something I don't like i'll tell you, and you don't correct your behavior then I'll drop the thread. It's that fucking simple.))
