[Sam stares his brother down.]

No...I did that once..once and you barely forgave me. Not doing it again Dean.

[Dean stares right back.]

I didn't tell you to let me go then. I'm telling you now.

[Sam doesn't flinch he's willing to risk death for Dean this time He can't risk his brother killing more Innocent people]

No Dean, I am going to cure you even if it kills me. You've given me everything now it's my turn.

[His eyes flicker to black.]

You can't cure nature, Sammy. And even if you can? I'm gonna kill you long before then.

[Nope Sam still isn't upset he just leans over the table and gets right in Dean's face.]

This isn't nature Dean, it's the Mark. We get rid of that and cure you of the demon and we can....we can be brothers again.

And for the record if you kill me Cas will just pick up where I left off. We talked about this him and me. It's about saving you not saving us.

No, Sammy, this is nature. I'm not possessed or cursed. This is what I am now.

[Dean bares his teeth in a grin.]

You think I won't kill Cas too?

I don't think you'll kill either one of us. You might try hell I'm expecting it but when it comes to the kill shot in the end I think I'll win.

Is that a challenge?

[Sam leans back up and smiles.]

For all your tough talk Dean, Cas and I are still family, do you really want to kill us or do you need to?

Oh, I want to. I wanna rip you apart.

[It's Dean's turn to lean over the table, palms flat against its surface.]

The things you went through in hell won't be half as bad as what I'm gonna do to you.

That's the Mark again I'm sure of it. It's compelling you to finish the story...Cain killed Abel you want to kill me.

[Sam doesn't move.]

I'm not scared of you Dean you can try to make me run all you want. But I'm gonna save you even if it takes my last breath to do it.

You don't even know the story, Sam. There's more to it than Cain killing Abel.

Then tell me Dean, tell me and maybe I can find a way to help you.

Why would I help you help me when I don't even want your help? You want the story, figure it out yourself. I'll give you a hint: it ain't the bible version.

[He leans away from the table and steps back, crossing his arms over his chest.]

Dammit Dean why the hell are you doing this now....we didn't....you didn't leave me this way.
