[Looking down slightly she speaks the most truthful words she has ever spoken to him.] I'm not saying that this could even work, that a relationship is even possible between the two of us but...
[He makes a move, one he has been wanting to do for a bit. He draws her body to his and before she can speak, his lips press against hers in a slow kiss.]
[One minute she's looking at him from a distance and the next she's in his arms, hers coming to lay on Jay's biceps as her body involuntarily moves so that there's no space between them.]
[The kiss lingers just a bit. He's not that guy that would force her to stay in his arms. She has a choice and he loosens his arm around her. Letting her know she has the out to flee.]
[Part of Erin wants to flee but the safety and slight desperation she feels and has felt in the last couple of months keeps her from running like her brain is advising her to do. Her hands running through his hair.]
[An involuntarily gasp leaves her as she feels herself being pulled away from him before she can even get into whatever this is she is feeling. Erin can't stand the gap between them so she pulls her body back against his, arms going around his neck as she hugs him.]
[Erin stays like this for a short while before taking Jay's hand and leading him over to her couch, needing to sit down but still manage to be close to him.]
