[Sigh.] Winter means no ice cream.

Says who?!

[personal profile] dusk_to_night 2015-01-08 02:11 am (UTC)(link)
That's True.

...There's still Yogen Früz at the mall though?

Well it is winter.

Just for a little while. But spring always comes back at least. We've got something to look forward to.

It's summer in the Southern Hemisphere.

Actually no. I'm usually the person moaning about doom and gloom.

It must be the ice cream.

Well, you can fly, can't you? In... more ways than I can, I mean. [Her smirk is waaaaaaaay too much like Helen's. Just... younger.]

I'd say so.

Well, you can always learn to make your own ice cream then. [Still with the cocky-pilot-smirk] They make attachments for stand mixers now.

Mostly now, it's a Cessna Citation X that's been... well. Let's just say someone's done a hell of a lot to her. We call her the Aerie One.

As for before that... [insert long babble about the various planes the Blackhawks flew throughout the war and for the little time afterwards Zinda was with them, hunting war criminals, before the whole time travel thing that brought her to the modern age. Mostly planes the military had no use for that they took apart and patched together, or older pre-WW2 models. Or things barely holding together. The planes themselves weren't all that impressive. Somehow, they still survived despite being outnumbered five-to-one on a good day.]
