I am the Mother of Dragons.

"No, my mommy is mommy of me. I dragon!" She snorted smoke at the adult to prove her point that she was, in fact, a dragon.

That's nice. What's that mean, exactly?

It means I am the mother of three dragons.

Is that your nickname? Dragon?

Oh, how nice! What are their names?

Drogon, Viserion and Rhaegal.

How old are they?

I thought dragons laid eggs... how'd you manage that?

I hear you girl.

The toddler shifted to a small dark red dragon the size of a golden retriever. Her tail swished behind her and she looked up at the lady challengingly.

[There is only delight on Daenerys's features.]

You are beautiful and fierce.

Five years give or take.

I was given dragon eggs as a wedding present. They hatched and nursed from me within my husband's funeral pyre.

The toddler dragon snorted happily and gave a mischevious look at the woman.

In time, you will grow and no one will be able to withstand your might.

I asuumed "funeral pyre" meant you got burned with him.

That is if fire could burn me.

That's nifty. I know someone like that. But he's a hellhound not a dragon daddy. Fire has the opposite reaction on him.

Then unnatural powers are common for your world. That is not so for mine.

I wouldn't say it's common. The majority of people are just normal people without supernatural abilities. Although the amount of supernaturals is probably higher in my town than normally.
